The company has successfully completed the research and industrial production of over a hundred effective raw materials, including Custom peptide, Cosmetic peptide, Small molecular peptide and Peptide cosmetic products. As a resource hub in the field of peptide raw materials, we have built an ecosystem covering raw material procurement, technical support and terminal applications.
Are your GLP-1 peptides intended for human use?No. All GLP-1 analogs we supply — Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, Retatrutide, Liraglutide, Cagrilintide — are strictly “For Research Use Only — Not for Human or Veterinary Use.” We require institutional verification before quotation and will decline inquiries that fall outside this scope.
What documentation do you provide with every shipment?Every batch ships with a complete documentation pack: Certificate of Analysis (COA), HPLC chromatogram, Mass Spectrometry (MS) report, and MSDS. Sample documentation is available before you commit. “Verifiable on first inquiry.”
Do you have cGMP certification or US FDA DMF on file?Not yet — and we are transparent about that. cGMP upgrade and US DMF filing are scheduled for our Year 2 roadmap (2027). We currently hold ISO 9001 and operate at GMP standards through our manufacturing partner, which is fully sufficient for academic research, IVD development, and cosmetic-grade applications.
What is your minimum order quantity?Trial orders start at 1 gram per item, designed to let you verify quality before committing to volume. Bulk tiers run 10g / 50g / 100g / 500g / 1kg+, with pricing scaling accordingly.
How long does custom peptide synthesis usually take?Technical evaluation and quotation within 48 hours of receiving the sequence. Synthesis itself runs 2–6 weeks depending on length, complexity, and modifications. We commit the delivery date in writing — and we hit it.
Can you sign an NDA and Quality Agreement before we share our sequence?Yes — both are standard. We send our NDA template within one business day. Quality Agreement is finalized once project scope is confirmed.
Can you supply finished cosmetic formulations, not just raw peptides?Yes. Beyond GHK-Cu and Copper Peptide raw powders, we provide formulation design, OEM/ODM contract manufacturing, and small-batch filling pilots — built for indie skincare brands, distributors, and ODM partners.
How are cosmetic peptides packaged and shipped to protect potency?Sealed under inert atmosphere in opaque containers, with desiccant. We ship with temperature monitoring on request for heat-sensitive routes (Middle East, Brazil summer). Stability documentation available.
Do you ship DDP, or who handles customs clearance?We ship EXW or FOB Shenzhen / Shanghai. Customs clearance is handled by your freight forwarder or local importer. We do not currently offer DDP / DDU door-to-door service.
Will you sell to individuals, or to my private end customers?No. We supply verified business clients only — laboratories, cosmetic manufacturers, biotechs, CDMOs, and distributors. Drop-shipping to consumers and sales to individuals are firmly outside our model. This is non-negotiable.
